Migration & Modernization: A Cloud Journey

GOAL

The primary aim was to transform Auto3P's IT infrastructure to enhance efficiency, scalability, and reliability by migrating from an on-premises architecture to a cloud environment using AWS. This transition was designed to address inefficiencies and scalability challenges, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and leverage cloud-native capabilities to modernize operations. By doing so, Auto3P sought to reduce costs, improve security, and support global expansion, ultimately providing robust and innovative solutions to its customers in the automotive industry.

AWS, characterized by minimal code changes, zero downtime, and a remarkable 35% reduction
in infrastructure costs. The transition to Amazon RDS streamlined data management processes,
freeing up valuable resources for development. This project significantly enhanced Auto3P's
